LumInsight Enterprise CMS 1.1 is a configuration management system (CMS) for provisioning, monitoring, and controlling Echelon’s power line based connected outdoor lighting platform. The LumInsight Enterprise CMS enables commercial enterprises, campuses, municipalities, city utilities, and operators to reduce energy usage and maintenance cost and increase safety of outdoor lighting systems. The LumInsight Enterprise CMS complements Echelon’s LumInsight Desktop for RF (formerly LumeStar), allowing outdoor lighting system installers to deploy the best of breed wired and wireless outdoor lighting control system that is appropriate for the application.
The LumInsight CMS manages Echelon CPD 3000 Outdoor Lighting Controllers connected through an Echelon SmartServer segment controller, and works in conjunction with the LumInsight Provisioning Tool to prepare the lighting network for commissioning.

8 Known Problems and Workarounds
This ReadMe document applies to the 1.10.008 release of LumInsight Enterprise. You can verify that you have this release by starting the Programs and Features control panel, and checking the Version number of LumInsight Enterprise CMS.

Following are the system requirements for computers running LumInsight Enterprise CMS:
· MicrosoftŇ Windows Server 2012 (64-bit), Windows 10 (64-bit and 32-bit), Windows 8.1 (64-bit and 32-bit), and Windows 7 (64-bit and 32-bit).
· Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) (installed and enabled)
· 500 MHz processor or faster (2 GHz or faster processor recommended).
· 2 GB or more of free disk space.
· 2 GB RAM minimum.
· 1,024 x 768 or higher resolution display.
You can update any prior release of LumInsight Enterprise CMS to LumInsight Enterprise CMS 1.10 by installing the LumInsight Enterprise CMS download image. See section “3 Release Identification” above for a list of previous releases. For details on the installation of LumInsight Enterprise CMS 1.10, see the following document:

Note that if you upgrade to 1.10 from 1.00, then you may observe that certain object names that were permitted in 1.00 are no longer permitted in 1.01. For example, special characters other than underscore and hyphen are not allowed. Also, names are now limited in length.
Note that if you upgrade to 1.10 from 1.00, you must not uninstall 1.00 first as doing so will result in a loss of your data.
To upgrade a functioning installation that is using HTTPS, you must first revert to HTTP. After the upgrade is complete, you can restore HTTPS.
