RoHS-compliant versions of the OEM component parts will become available in sample and volume quantities as described in Table 1. The new model numbers for RoHS-compliant parts are also listed in Table 1.
All of the RoHS-compliant parts may be used with both tin/lead and lead-free solder processes. Echelon is conducting both tin/lead and lead-free solderability and interconnect tests for the RoHS-compliant parts. Final qualification reports will be available on Echelon's Web site starting on the dates listed in Table 1.
